It is so sad when terrible news occurs next door to your home. A couple of weeks ago the body of a dead baby was found in the dumpster by a homeless man. He proceeded to call the police and later the woman was identified as 21 year-old, USC student, Holly Ashcraft. The dumpster that the baby was found in is the dumpster that sits next to the one that I use... scarry. The student lived in an apartment above The Two Nine, a resturant I not only continuously eat at, but that is also right next door to my home. What kind of woman could murder her child? To just simply throw him away in the trash? The Daily Trojan along with every LA news station has been covering this story very thoroughly... it just all makes me so sad that someone could do this.
